1. Details of Promotion:

1.1 The 'Refer a Friend' promotion ('Promotion') will commence on 30th April 2015 until 30th of July 2015 ('Duration').

1.2 By participating in this Promotion, you can receive over $150 (one hundred and fifty US dollars) in cash bonuses, by referring your friends to take part in the Promotion and fulfilling each of the required tasks set out below.

1.3 To take part in the Promotion, you will need to do the following within the Duration:

(b) Upon your completion and submission of the Entry Form, you will receive an email from us accepting your application ('Acceptance Email'). You must click on the URL link contained in your Acceptance Email in order to proceed.

1.3 The Entry Form will require you (the 'Referrer') to nominate 3 (three) of your friends (each, a 'Nominee') to take part in the Promotion and you must provide the email addresses of your Nominees. Following your submission of the Entry Form, your Nominees will receive an email from us with details of the Promotion as well as instructions on how and when to take part ('Welcome Email'). YOU MUST SEEK AND RECEIVE THE CONSENT OF YOUR NOMINEES BEFORE SUBMITTING THEIR DETAILS TO US AS PART OF THIS PROMOTION.

Stage One

2.1 The Referrer, together with each Nominee (collectively, the 'Participants'), will each receive an email from us requesting:

(i) each Nominee to download the PokerStars UK client from the site located at https://www.pokerstars.co.uk (the 'Site');

(ii) each Nominee must open an account ('Player Account') on the Site and make a minimum real-money deposit of $10 (ten US dollars) into their respective Player Accounts. Note that each Nominee has a period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the Welcome Email to complete this enrolment requirement; and

(iii) The Nominee must earn a minimum of 20 (twenty) VIP player points ('VPPs'), please see click here for details about VPPs (https://www.pokerstars.com/vip/faq/;

All of which must be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the creation of the Player Account.

2.2 Upon the successful completion of Stage One by the Participants, we will pay each Participant the sum of $10 (ten US dollars) and both Participants will be entered into Stage Two as set out below.

Stage Two

3.1 Upon completion of Stage One by the Participants, Participants must then earn 80 VPPs by playing on the Site, within 60 (sixty) days from the date the Nominee earned the 20 (twenty) VPPs in Stage One.

3.2 When a participant earns 40 VPPs within the 60 day period, we will pay that Participant the sum of $20 (twenty US dollars).

3.3 The participant must then earn another 40VPPs from the time remaining within the 60 day period. If completed we will pay that Participant the sum of $20 (twenty US dollars).

3.4 The offer is open to all participants, and they will only receive the bonus if they themselves complete the challenge.

3.5 If a participant doesn't earn 40VPPs within 60 days they will receive no bonus. If a participant earns 40VPPs but not 80VPPs within 60 days they will only be eligible for the $20 bonus.

If the Referrer nominates three friends, the maximum amount the referrer can receive in Stage One is $30, and then a further $40 if the Referrer completes Stage Two.

If the Nominee completes Stage One, they will receive $10. If they complete Stage Two they will receive another $40.


6. ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS

6.1 You must be resident in the United Kingdom and at 18 years of age (or older) to participate in the Promotion. In addition, you must not be prohibited or self-excluded in any way from gambling according to any applicable public/private registries

6.2 You may be asked at any stage to provide us with proof of your age and/or identity or eligibility and you must, on demand, be able to present a valid passport or other valid government issued picture ID to verify your age and/or identity to the reasonable satisfaction of PokerStars. Any Entrant who is unable to produce any such document(s) to the reasonable satisfaction of PokerStars will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and may forfeit any privileges, prizes or funds that have been attained by or awarded to that Entrant in relation thereto, without compensation of any kind.

6.3 Each Nominee put forward by a Referrer must not have an existing Player Account (nor must they have previously opened or held a Player Account on the Site).

6.4 Participants must note that any game play on the Site between themselves as part of a 'Home Game' and/or 'Heads Up' game (as defined on the Site), will be excluded from and not count towards any VPP requirement stipulated in this Promotion.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 In case of disputes or disagreements concerning any aspect of this Promotion, any decision by PokerStars shall be final and binding upon you and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.

7.2 These terms and conditions ('Terms') represent the entire agreement between you and PokerStars relating to your participation in the Promotion and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings (whether oral or in writing) between PokerStars and you. Except as specifically set out herein, all conditions, warranties, representations and terms (whether expressed or implied by law) are fully excluded. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of the whole or any part of these Terms does not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the Terms.

7.4 PokerStars reserves the right, at any time, to alter the Terms in its sole discretion, including to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, if, in its sole discretion, PokerStars believes that the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

7.5 The Terms and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Isle of Man law. You hereby irrevocably agree that, subject as provided below, the courts of the Isle of Man shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning this Game and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of PokerStars to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
